Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited reported a modest expansion of its share base for August 2026, driven solely by a scrip dividend distribution.

Issued Share Capital • The number of outstanding ordinary shares rose by 4.83 million to 1.04 billion as of 31 August 2026, up from 1.03 billion at end-July. • The increase resulted from a scrip dividend executed on 17 August 2026 at HKD 2.076 per share. • No treasury shares were held during the period; consequently, total issued shares and outstanding shares were identical.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 20.00 million in authorised capital.

Share Option Position • The Share Option Scheme adopted on 13 June 2025 had 103.04 million options outstanding at month-end, unchanged from July. • No options were exercised, granted or cancelled, and no new shares were issued under the scheme during August.

Public Float Compliance • Ten Pao confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 August 2026.
