CICC Completes Issuance of RMB 3.8 Billion in 2026 Corporate Bonds for Professional Investors (Fifth Tranche)

China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) has announced the completion of its 2026 corporate bond issuance targeting professional investors, marking its fifth tranche. The issuance was conducted in accordance with its official prospectus.

The total issuance size for this tranche was set at a maximum of RMB 4 billion. The bonds were priced at RMB 100 per unit and were placed through a book-building process directed exclusively at qualified professional investors as defined by relevant corporate bond regulations.

The issuance comprised two series. Series one achieved an actual issuance size of RMB 1.8 billion, with a final coupon rate set at 1.67% and a subscription coverage ratio of 5.17 times. Series two had an actual issuance size of RMB 2 billion, featuring a final coupon rate of 1.80% and a subscription coverage ratio of 2.73 times.
