SF Holding Co., Ltd. disclosed the latest progress on its ongoing A-share buyback program, originally approved on 28 April 2025 and subsequently modified on 30 October 2025 and 30 March 2026. The revised mandate authorises the company to spend no less than RMB 30 billion and no more than RMB 60 billion to repurchase A-shares at no more than RMB 60.00 per share (price cap adjusted to RMB 58.68 from 19 May 2026). The repurchase window now runs through 29 March 2027, and all repurchased shares will be cancelled to reduce registered capital.
Implementation began on 3 September 2025. As of 20 July 2026, SF Holding has acquired 158.22 million A-shares via centralised bidding, representing 3.00% of the current share capital. Cumulative consideration reached RMB 5.93 billion, implying an average purchase price of RMB 37.50 per share; the highest and lowest execution prices were RMB 42.23 and RMB 33.50, respectively.
The company confirmed that all transactions complied with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s buyback regulations, including restrictions on trading windows, price limits, and daily timing. SF Holding plans to continue repurchases within the authorised range and will release further disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
