Mission Produce, Inc. (AVO) saw its stock surge 5.10% in after-hours trading following the release of its fiscal Q4 2025 earnings report. The company reported adjusted earnings of $0.31 per share, beating analyst estimates of $0.23, while revenue of $319 million also exceeded expectations.

The strong results were driven by record full-year revenue of $1.39 billion, a 13% year-over-year increase, and improved operational efficiency. The company also announced a leadership transition, with CEO Steve Barnard moving to Executive Chairman and COO John Pawlowski taking over as CEO in April 2026.
