(Tao Yong, Gao Zhihui, reporter Li Hui) On October 14, this reporter learned from a press conference on standards empowering high-quality industrial development held by the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration that, with the consent of the Anhui Provincial Government, 14 departments including the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology recently jointly issued the "Anhui Province New Industry Standardization Pilot Program Implementation Plan (2026-2028)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), clarifying the goals for new industry standardization construction in Anhui Province over the next three years, with high standards leading industrial development.
The "Implementation Plan" proposes that by 2028, Anhui Province will participate in the formulation of more than 10 international standards for new industries, lead and participate in the formulation and revision of more than 500 national and industry standards, cultivate more than 50 advanced group standards, and promote more than 1,000 enterprises to carry out standard publicity and implementation.
In terms of building a new industry standards system, the "Implementation Plan" sets out 20 key industry directions, taking into account both Anhui's advantageous emerging industries and frontier future industries.
In mature advantageous tracks, around intelligent connected new energy vehicles, it focuses on key standard development in power batteries, battery recycling, autonomous driving, and vehicle-road-cloud integration.
In fields such as the new generation of information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, low-altitude economy and commercial aerospace, new energy and green low-carbon development, new materials, robotics, smart homes, biomedicine, and high-end medical devices, it is based on Anhui Province's existing industrial foundation, striving to fill shortcomings in standards for components, core equipment, product testing, and green evaluation, and consolidate industrial competitive advantages.
Facing frontier future tracks, it focuses on laying out fields such as quantum technology, brain-computer interfaces, embodied intelligence, hydrogen energy and nuclear fusion energy, sixth-generation mobile communications, frontier materials, next-generation semiconductors, deep space exploration, biomanufacturing, and life sciences, carrying out standard breakthroughs around key devices, testing and evaluation, system architecture, application scenarios, and safety specifications.
Relying on major scientific facility resources, it advances international standard construction in the field of nuclear fusion energy, gives play to the advantages of the Deep Space Exploration Laboratory and quantum innovation resources to seize the right to speak in international standards, promotes the rapid transformation of major scientific and technological achievements into standards, and uses standards to seize the commanding heights of future industrial development.
Each field clearly defines the responsibilities of relevant provincial departments, forming a clearly divided industrial standardization work matrix.
In terms of the new industry standardization work mechanism, the "Implementation Plan" proposes that, on the one hand, it promotes coordinated linkage between standardization and industrial policy, and on the other hand, it promotes deep integration of standards and scientific and technological innovation, opening up the channel for transforming technology into standards.
A relevant person in charge of the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration stated that it will closely follow the deployment of the Anhui Provincial Government's "15th Five-Year Plan" outline, focus on the layout of the "1188" modern industrial system, fully implement the new industry standardization pilot program, ensure that the goals set by the "Implementation Plan" are achieved on schedule, and jointly write the "major article" of the new industry standardization pilot program.
