Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy (00579) published its monthly return for the period ended 28 February 2026. The company reported that the total authorized share capital stood at 8.24 billion shares (par value RMB 1 per share). This figure was composed of 2.83 billion H shares and 5.41 billion domestic shares, reflecting no change from the preceding month.

According to the report, all 2.83 billion H shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, while 5.41 billion domestic shares are not listed on the exchange. The company also confirmed that it continued to meet the minimum public float requirement of 25% during the reporting period.
