Feixi County Concludes Training Program for New Industry and Business Format Leaders in Smart Agriculture

Recently, Feixi County held a graduation ceremony for its high-quality farmer training program for new industry and business format leaders in smart agriculture. This training initiative was designed to actively align with the new trends and requirements of modern agricultural development, focusing on cultivating a core group of leaders equipped with an internet mindset, mastery of modern technology, and a talent for innovative management, thereby injecting fresh momentum into Feixi County's agricultural transformation and rural revitalization.

Centered on the core theme of "Smart Agriculture," the program closely followed the developmental directions of agricultural digitalization, intelligence, and networking, offering a curriculum that covered cutting-edge practical courses in smart agriculture technology applications, e-commerce operations and brand building for agricultural products, innovation in leisure agriculture and rural tourism, and modern agricultural management. Through diverse formats such as expert lectures, case study analyses, field workshops, and experience-sharing sessions, the training provided participants with a systematic and forward-looking learning experience, helping them enhance their capacity to lead and drive progress under new technologies, models, and business formats.

A total of 40 outstanding participants from Feixi County took part in this training session. These individuals are all distinguished representatives actively engaged in frontline agricultural production and management, including heads of farmer cooperatives, proprietors of family farms, developers of rural tourism, managers of agricultural product processing enterprises, and leaders in rural e-commerce sales. The organizers expressed hope that the participants will translate the newly acquired knowledge and innovative ideas into concrete actions that propel practical industrial development, actively apply smart agriculture technologies, explore new integrated business formats and models, and effectively play the exemplary and leading role of "bellwethers," uniting and guiding more farmers toward increased income and prosperity.
