HENLIUS Enters Global Collaboration and Licensing Agreement with Amberstone for Two T-Cell Engager Candidates

HENLIUS (02696) has announced that on September 23, 2026, the company entered into a collaboration and licensing agreement with Amberstone Biosciences, Inc. ("Amberstone", collectively with the company, the "Parties"). Under the agreement, the Parties agreed to collaborate on the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of two T-Cell Engager (TCE) product candidates ("Collaboration Products") for all human uses (the "Field") across the global territory (the "Licensed Territory"), leveraging Amberstone's proprietary T-MATE™ technology platform.

This collaboration is expected to combine the Parties' respective technological strengths and research capabilities to jointly advance the research and development of the Collaboration Products. The partnership is also anticipated to further enrich the company's innovative product pipeline, enhancing its ongoing innovation capacity and market competitiveness.
