DTECH Sets 27 Oct 2026 Board Meeting to Review Nine-Month Unaudited Results

Guangdong Dtech Technology Co., Ltd. (DTECH) has notified the market that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, 27 October 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the company’s unaudited consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and to authorize their publication. Additional resolutions may also be tabled at the session.

The notice, released on 14 October 2026, was signed by Chairperson, Executive Director and General Manager Ms. Wang Xin.

Board composition at the time of the announcement comprises five executive directors—Ms. Wang Xin, Mr. Wang Junfeng, Mr. Lin Xia, Mr. Wang Xuefeng and Ms. Wang Yifei—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Dr. Huang Hui, Ms. Li Qiong and Dr. Luo Shuzhang.
