Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (UNI MEDICAL) has formally switched to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, according to a reminder letter issued on 21 April 2026.
The new arrangement covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company’s website (www.umcare.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies.
To ensure seamless access, shareholders are requested to provide functional email addresses by scanning the personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. If no email address is supplied, UNI MEDICAL will continue to send “Actionable Corporate Communications” in printed form until an address is registered.
Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials can opt in by completing the reply form or emailing unimedical.ecom@computershare.com.hk. This print request remains effective for one year from the date of receipt and must be renewed thereafter.
Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
