CHALIECO Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Reconfirms Shift to Electronic Corporate Communications

China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (CHALIECO) announced on 23 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (https://zlgj.chinalco.com.cn). Shareholders who previously opted for printed documents will receive hard copies of the report by mail at no cost.

The board reiterated that CHALIECO has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in line with HKEX Listing Rules. Printed versions will be provided only upon request.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to supply a functional email address to their custodial intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees) to ensure timely receipt of electronic documents.
