WellCell Holdings releases 2025 Annual Report and related meeting documents; urges shareholders to access online version

On 24 April 2026, WellCell Holdings Co., Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of meeting and proxy form have been published in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.wellcell.com.cn) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that all current and future corporate communications be accessed electronically. Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard-copy documents can submit a request to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or email a scanned request form to duqian@wellcell.com.cn. Postage is not required for returns mailed within Hong Kong.

Shareholders who hold their shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited and wish to receive electronic communications should provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is supplied, the company will continue to send printed notices of publication.
