Wanguo Gold relocates AGM venue to 1/F conference room at Oasis Aurum 181 Hotel

Wanguo Gold Group Limited announced a venue change for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 181 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong. The meeting, originally set for the Quay Club on the 5th floor of the Oasis Aurum 181 Hotel, will now take place in the conference room on the 1st floor of the same hotel due to unexpected air-conditioning maintenance.

All other AGM details remain unchanged. The meeting date, time, agenda items outlined in the 28 April 2026 circular, and previously submitted proxy forms continue to be valid.

The board expressed apologies for any inconvenience and advised shareholders planning to attend in person to note the revised floor location.
