Progress Software's stock surged 8.94% in after-hours trading following the release of its fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2025 results, which exceeded analyst expectations. The company reported Q4 revenue of $252.666 million and adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.51, surpassing the estimated $1.31.

The company also provided an optimistic outlook for 2026, forecasting revenue between $986 million and $1,000 million and adjusted EPS in the range of $5.82 to $5.96. For Q1 2026, Progress Software expects revenue of $244-$250 million and adjusted EPS of $1.56-$1.62. The strong performance was attributed to growth in SaaS revenue and successful integration of ShareFile, driven by increased customer adoption of AI projects.
