New Amante Group signs one-year lease for new Wan Chai cigar and wine lounge

New Amante Group Limited announced that on 17 April 2026 it entered into a one-year lease for Shop G11, Ground Floor, Hopewell Mall, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The new venue will replace the previously closed Amante House and Lan Kwai Fong shop and is scheduled to commence operations in July 2026.

Key lease terms include: • Monthly rent: HK$0.10 million. • Deposit: a sum equal to three months’ rent. • Renewal: option for an additional one-year term.

The premises are located on the main street outside Hopewell Centre and Hopewell Hotel, a high-traffic commercial area that the Board expects to attract the Group’s target clientele.

All applicable percentage ratios under Chapter 19 of the GEM Listing Rules are below 5%, so the transaction does not trigger any notifiable transaction requirements.

The Board considers the lease and forthcoming lounge opening to be in the interests of both the Company and its shareholders.
