AOM International Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 00381) announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on 31 March 2026 to consider and approve the consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2025. The results will be published on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the company once finalized.
According to the announcement dated 25 February 2026, Chairman Yang Ling will preside over the meeting. The Board comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
