On February 14, the Zhoukou branch of the People's Bank of China disclosed a penalty decision indicating that the Taikang sub-branch of Henan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. was fined 135,000 yuan for violating regulations on the collection, provision, and inquiry of credit information, as well as related management rules.
Li Mou, an employee in the risk department of the Taikang sub-branch of Henan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and Ma Moubin, another employee in the same department, were held accountable for the aforementioned violations and were fined 23,000 yuan and 11,000 yuan, respectively.
