Chenqi Tech (the “Company”) has reshuffled its corporate governance team, effective 6 May 2026.
Two departures • Mr. Chung Ming Fai has resigned as Joint Company Secretary, Process Agent and authorised representative for service of process in Hong Kong. • Ms. Li Jiawei has stepped down as Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative due to personal career plans. Both confirm no disagreements with the board.
New appointments • Mr. Chan Kin Kwan becomes Joint Company Secretary and Process Agent. He brings nearly 10 years of corporate secretarial experience and is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). • Ms. Xu Feifei, currently General Counsel, assumes the roles of Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. She has 16 years’ experience in securities, governance and compliance, and holds law and MBA degrees from Jilin University and Tsinghua University respectively.
Three-year waiver granted Because Ms. Xu does not yet meet the academic or professional qualification requirements under Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17, the Stock Exchange has granted a waiver valid for three years from 6 May 2026, subject to: 1. Ms. Xu being assisted by Mr. Chan throughout the waiver period; and 2. Revocation if the Company commits material Listing Rules breaches.
Before the waiver expires, Chenqi Tech must demonstrate that Ms. Xu has gained sufficient experience to discharge company secretary duties without further exemption.
The board extends gratitude to the outgoing officers and welcomes the new appointees.
