McLaren International (MCL.US), a Hong Kong-based provider of human resources, immigration, and ESG consulting services, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday. The company aims to raise up to $20 million through its initial public offering (IPO). Specifically, McLaren International plans to issue 4 million shares, with a price range set between $4 and $6 per share. The firm offers human resources and business consulting services in Hong Kong, encompassing recruitment, immigration advisory, and ESG consulting. Its services for corporate and individual clients include talent search, outsourcing, business consulting, brand promotion and marketing support, immigration application assistance, and ESG strategy guidance. Operations are conducted through its subsidiaries, McLaren and Here Hear, which focus on recruitment and immigration services, and immigration and ESG consulting, respectively. Established in 2019, the Hong Kong-headquartered company reported revenue of $2 million for the 12-month period ending June 30, 2025. McLaren International plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol MCL. The company confidentially submitted its application on April 22, 2025. Joseph Stone Capital is acting as the sole bookrunner for the offering.
