CHINA WACAN (01920) announced that Mr. Zhu Qi has resigned from his positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of both the audit committee and nomination committee, effective September 11, 2025, in order to devote more time to his other work arrangements and commitments. Effective the same date, Professor Lin Chengguang will assume the role of chairman of the remuneration committee and serve as a member of both the audit committee and nomination committee.
