Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited (“Inspur Digi Ent.”) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest circular—containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the accompanying proxy form—are now available on both the company website (www.inspur.com) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
The company confirmed that, pursuant to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime (effective 31 December 2023), all future corporate communications will be disseminated electronically. Non-registered shareholders are therefore required to provide functional email addresses to their intermediary institutions (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.) to ensure timely receipt of publication notifications.
Shareholders who prefer hard-copy documents may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, using the pre-paid mailing label. Alternatively, a scanned and signed form can be emailed to inspur.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The reply form is also downloadable from HKExnews.
Until a valid email address is provided via intermediaries, affected investors will not receive electronic alerts and must proactively consult the company and HKExnews websites for updates. For enquiries, shareholders may contact Computershare’s hotline on +852 2862 8688 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or email inspur.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
The notice was authorised by Chairman Wei Daisen on behalf of the board of Inspur Digi Ent.
