On October 19, according to information from the Qinghai Provincial Department of Commerce, in order to continuously unleash consumption vitality, meet the public's diversified consumption needs, and improve consumers' convenience and experience in participating, the province has optimized the rules for claiming and redeeming online subsidy qualifications under the 2026 provincial home appliance product purchase program, allowing beneficial subsidies to directly reach people's livelihoods.

It is reported that, on the basis of the national consumer goods trade-in policy, the province introduced and implemented a provincial home appliance product purchase subsidy policy, referred to as the "provincial subsidy." Consumers who purchase eligible subsidized products at offline enterprise stores or online e-commerce platforms participating in the province's provincial subsidy home appliance product purchase program can obtain subsidy qualifications by claiming coupons through the "CCB Life App," referred to as "subsidy qualifications," and immediately enjoy the subsidy through a "payment instant discount" method.

According to the provincial subsidy implementation plan, e-commerce platforms that have already participated through public procedures in Qinghai Province's 2026 consumer goods trade-in program may participate in the provincial subsidy program on a voluntary basis. At present, the JD.com platform has taken the lead in completing integration with the provincial subsidy system, the CCB Life App, becoming an important online channel for optimizing convenient subsidy services.

The JD.com platform has now launched an in-site one-click coupon claim function, with no need to jump to an external link. Consumers intending to participate in the province's provincial subsidy home appliance product purchase program can directly obtain the province's provincial subsidy qualification within the "JD App." Consumers participating in the province's provincial subsidy home appliance product purchase program at offline enterprise stores still need to obtain subsidy qualifications through the "CCB Life App."

According to the principles of "total amount control, first come first served, and stop once exhausted" and "claim coupon first, purchase later, then receive subsidy," consumers can claim the online subsidy qualification for the province's provincial subsidy home appliance product purchase program in the "JD App." The daily time for claiming and redeeming subsidy qualifications is 01:00–23:59. The time for claiming and redeeming offline subsidy qualifications remains 10:00–22:00.

Consumers can download the JD App, complete real-name registration and log in, search for "Qinghai consumption subsidy," and claim the subsidy qualification. After claiming the subsidy qualification, consumers can select products in the event venue and place orders to use it.
