To further strengthen grassroots-level agricultural machinery safety supervision, enhance safety awareness among machinery operators, mitigate various risks in agricultural machinery production, and ensure the smooth and orderly progress of agricultural production, a citywide agricultural machinery safety training session was held on September 10 in Xindi Village, Sihe Town.
The training session targeted township and village agricultural machinery management personnel, machinery operators, and other participants, combining theoretical instruction with case-based warnings. Expert instructors covered key topics based on the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Agricultural Machinery Safety, including agricultural machinery safety laws and regulations, routine maintenance and servicing, safe operational procedures, emergency response to machinery accidents, scrapping and renewal of machinery, and machinery registration and annual inspection.
At the same time, typical agricultural machinery accident cases from various regions were used to deeply analyze the safety hazards caused by improper operations, using real incidents to sound a safety alarm. This guided participants to abandon a mindset of taking chances and to standardize their machinery operation practices.
During the training, the expert instructors also provided on-site answers to difficult problems encountered by machinery operators in their daily work, directly addressing questions related to safe operation and insurance claims. The attending operators listened attentively and engaged in discussions, expressing that the training content was practical, down-to-earth, and highly applicable, effectively filling gaps in their safety knowledge. They stated they would strictly follow safety procedures in their future machinery operations.
By bringing this training session directly to Xindi Village, agricultural machinery safety knowledge was delivered to the fields, further consolidating grassroots-level safety production responsibilities, effectively enhancing the safety operation skills and risk prevention awareness of agricultural machinery practitioners, and building a solid safety foundation for local grain production and the safe, efficient advancement of agricultural mechanization.
