iDreamSky posts stable share base in April; 0.45 million options lapse, 108 million shares remain issuable on HKD 386 million convertibles

iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (IDreamSky) filed its Monthly Return for April 2026, showing no change in authorised, issued or treasury share totals.

Authorised and issued capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares of USD 0.0001 each, equal to USD 0.50 million. • Issued shares (excluding treasury) remained at 2.04 billion, while treasury shares stayed at 23.39 million, bringing total issued shares to 2.06 billion. • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.

Equity incentive movements • Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 30 June 2023, 0.45 million options lapsed during the month, reducing outstanding options to 37.58 million. • No new shares were issued nor were treasury shares transferred under the scheme. A further 18.83 million shares remain available for future option grants.

Convertible bonds • The HKD 386.00 million 5.00% convertible bonds due 2028, listed in Singapore, showed no change in principal outstanding. • The adjusted conversion price is HKD 3.58 per share, giving a maximum of 107.82 million shares issuable upon full conversion.

There were no warrant exercises, restricted stock unit issuances, share repurchases, or other equity movements reported for the month.
