PATEO (02889) has announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled and/or waived where applicable. The completion was finalized on May 6, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. A total of 895,980 subscription shares were issued to the subscriber at a price of HK$127.35 per share. This represents approximately 1.19% of the company's issued H shares immediately prior to the completion, and about 1.18% of the enlarged total issued H shares following the allocation.
