Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate of the offeror, closed out two derivative contracts involving a combined 400,000 reference securities on 14 September 2026.
The first transaction covered 6,000 reference shares maturing on 30 May 2028 at a reference price of USD 0.4744, generating a cash flow of USD 2,846.40. The second contract involved 394,000 reference shares maturing on 30 April 2029, also at USD 0.4744, with total consideration of USD 186,917.93.
Following these dealings, J.P. Morgan Securities’ resultant balance in CON AERO TECH fell from 295.14 million to 294.75 million shares. All trades were executed for its own account.
The disclosure forms part of Rule 22 reporting requirements under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers as CON AERO TECH progresses toward its proposed delisting. J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
