MICROPORT (00853) announced that Ms. Yuan Yingxin has resigned from her position as Company Secretary. She will also cease to serve as the company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Both changes are effective from March 31, 2026. Ms. Yang Zhaolin has been appointed to succeed Ms. Yuan as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, with the appointments also taking effect on March 31, 2026.
