Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor Finalises Name Change; Stock Short Name to Shift on 8 June 2026

Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor Limited has completed its corporate rebranding after receiving a Certificate of Change of Name from the Hong Kong Companies Registry on 27 May 2026. The English name has been officially changed from “Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited” to “Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor Limited”, while the Chinese name has been updated from “華虹半導體有限公司” to “華虹宏力半導體有限公司”.

Effective 9:00 a.m. on 8 June 2026, the company’s English stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will switch from “HUA HONG SEMI” to “HUA HONG GRACE”, and the Chinese stock short name will change from “華虹半導體” to “華虹宏力”. The stock code will remain unchanged at 1347.

The adjustments have no impact on shareholder rights, operations or the financial position of the group. Existing share certificates bearing the former name will continue to serve as valid proof of ownership and will remain acceptable for trading, settlement, registration and delivery. No free exchange of old certificates for new ones is planned; certificates reflecting the new company name will be issued for all new share issuances from 8 June 2026 onward.

The board is chaired by Dr. Peng Bai, who also serves as President. Other directors include non-executive members Jun Ye, Guodong Sun, Bo Chen, and Chengyan Xiong, alongside independent non-executive directors Stephen Tso Tung Chang, Kwai Huen Wong JP, and Songlin Feng.
