China CRSC Schedules 29 June 2026 AGM to Approve 2025 Financials, Dividend Plan and Board Remuneration

China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited (China CRSC) will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 14:00 on Monday, 29 June 2026, in the Meeting Room, Building A, CRSC Building, Fengtai District, Beijing. Shareholders on record as of the close of business 23 June 2026 are eligible to attend and vote; the H-share register will be closed from 24 to 29 June 2026.

Seven ordinary resolutions will be tabled: 1) Work Report of the Board of Directors for 2025 2) 2025 Annual Report 3) 2025 Final Account Report 4) 2025 Profit Distribution Plan 5) Appointment of the 2026 Auditor 6) Directors’ Remuneration for 2025 7) Rules of Remuneration Management for Directors and Senior Management

Proxy appointments must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 14:00 on 26 June 2026. Shareholders or their proxies are required to present identification upon entry. The meeting is expected to conclude within half a day, and attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.

The board currently comprises two executive directors (Lou Qiliang and Dong Baoliang), three independent non-executive directors (Yao Guiqing, Yao Cho Fai Andrew and Fu Junyuan) and one non-executive director (Luo Jing). Chairman Lou Qiliang issued the notice on 8 June 2026.
