Lotus Holdings Co., Ltd. (600186.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Zhejiang Lotus Purple Star Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lotus Purple Star"), has signed a product sales contract with EXII. Under the agreement, EXII will provide 4,000 accelerator cards and related services to Lotus Purple Star, with a total contract value of RMB 200 million. According to the contract terms, the first installment payment accounts for 60% of the total amount, and the company has already paid RMB 120 million. However, the products have not yet been delivered as of now.
