GOLDSTREAM INV (01328) announced that on December 10, 2025, following the completion of a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger transaction, its wholly-owned subsidiary Redpine Elite redeemed all 5.06 million TechStar shares held (representing approximately 5.05% of TechStar's total issued shares prior to the redemption). The total cash redemption price amounted to HK$56.93 million, with a redemption price of HK$11.25 per TechStar share. After the redemption and SPAC merger transaction, the group no longer holds any TechStar shares.
