Kin Shing Holdings Limited announced a supplemental update to its 16 July 2026 AGM circular, confirming that the Board—aligned with the Audit Committee—will seek shareholder approval at the 2026 AGM to re-appoint HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as the Group’s external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.
The estimated audit fee for the forthcoming year is projected at HK$0.70 million to HK$0.75 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. The fee was negotiated on an arm’s-length basis, taking into consideration historical audit costs, prevailing market rates, the scope and timetable of the audit, and the Group’s operational complexity.
Management cited the auditor’s familiarity with the Group’s financial affairs as a key factor in achieving both cost efficiency and audit effectiveness. Barring any material changes in operations, accounting policies, or the regulatory environment, the final audit fee is not expected to deviate materially from the disclosed estimate. Should significant changes arise, the company will provide additional disclosure.
The supplemental information does not alter any other details contained in the original AGM circular dated 16 July 2026.
