LEPU BIOPHARMA Names Ren Fangyuan Employee Representative Supervisor After Zhao Lixuan Resignation

LEPU BIOPHARMA CO., LTD. announced that employee representative supervisor Zhao Lixuan resigned effective 15 July 2026 to pursue other professional engagements. Zhao confirmed no disagreements with either the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

On the same date, the company’s Employee Representatives’ Meeting elected Ren Fangyuan, 25, as the new employee representative supervisor for the remainder of the current Supervisory Board term. Ren joined the Group in August 2025 and serves as an officer in the Securities Business Department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Concordia University (May 2023) and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Rochester (December 2024).

According to the service contract, Ren has no disclosed shareholdings in LEPU BIOPHARMA or its associated corporations, no prior directorships in other listed companies over the past three years, and no relationships with directors, supervisors, senior management or substantial shareholders.

As of 15 July 2026, LEPU BIOPHARMA’s Board consists of Executive Directors Dr. Pu Zhongjie (Chairman) and Dr. Sui Ziye (CEO); Non-executive Directors Ms. Pu Jue and Ms. Qin Yiran; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Zhou Demin, Mr. Yang Haifeng and Mr. Fengmao Hua.
