CDB Leasing Schedules 18 May 2026 ESM to Elect Bao Quanyong as Executive Director

CDB Leasing will convene its first extraordinary shareholders’ meeting (ESM) of 2026 at 10:00 a.m. on 18 May 2026 at CDB Financial Center, Futian District, Shenzhen. The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution to elect Bao Quanyong, aged 56, as an executive director.

Bao’s appointment will become effective upon shareholder approval and regulatory clearance from the Shenzhen Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Subject to approval, the Board intends to appoint him as vice-chairman for the remainder of the third Board session. A service contract detailing remuneration and allowances—determined under CDB Leasing’s director compensation policy—will be executed after regulatory approval.

Bao brings extensive financial management experience within China Development Bank, where he held senior roles including Deputy Director of the Finance and Accounting Bureau and Director of the Financial Shared Services Centre. He holds a doctorate in economics (finance) from the Research Institute for Fiscal Science of the Ministry of Finance.

Shareholders recorded on the register by 18 May 2026 are eligible to vote. The register will be closed from 13 May to 18 May 2026, and transfer documents must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 12 May 2026. Proxy forms must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. on 17 May 2026, and all voting at the ESM will be conducted by poll.
