SEYOND Receives Voluntary Undertaking Letters from Major Shareholders

SEYOND (ASX: 02665) has announced that as of June 24, 2026, shareholders Honour Key Limited and Glory Summer Worldwide Limited collectively hold approximately 148 million shares in the company, representing about 11.33% of the total issued shares as of the announcement date.

The company has received voluntary undertaking letters from these two shareholders.

According to the voluntary commitments, from June 25, 2026, to December 9, 2026, Honour Key Limited and Glory Summer Worldwide Limited will not sell any of their held shares via the secondary market auction method at a price below HK$10 per share.

Sales of shares through methods other than the secondary market auction are not subject to the above restriction.

It is noted that if the company undergoes events such as dividend distributions, bonus issues, capitalizations, share splits or consolidations, rights issues, or other similar corporate actions during the restriction period, the aforementioned price threshold will be adjusted accordingly.
