ZCLOUD TECH-NEW Announces Board and Committee Changes

ZCLOUD TECH-NEW (ASX: 09900) has announced changes to its board of directors and key committees, effective from June 1, 2026.

Mr. Wang Daming will transition from his role as an independent non-executive director to an executive director of the company, as he will be taking on executive duties within the group.

Concurrently, Ms. Xue Lan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, also effective from June 1, 2026.

Following these changes, Mr. Wang has stepped down from his positions as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Ms. Xue Lan has been appointed to succeed him as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
