CN Anchu Energy: No Share Capital Changes in July; 395.69 Million Options Remain Outstanding

China Anchu Energy Storage Group Limited (CN ANCHU ENERGY) reported a stable capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, with no movements in either authorised or issued share capital.

• Authorised / Registered Capital – Authorised share count remained at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0025, equivalent to authorised capital of HKD 20.00 million. – No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

• Issued Shares and Public Float – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) held steady at 3.57 billion; the company held no treasury shares. – CN ANCHU ENERGY confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

• Share Option Position – Total outstanding options unchanged at 395.69 million, split between: 1) 91.00 million options (exercise price: HKD 0.91) under the 9 June 2014 scheme, granted on 23 January 2024. 2) 304.69 million options (exercise price: HKD 0.61) under the 23 October 2025 scheme, granted on 25 November 2025. – No options were exercised and no new shares were issued in July; consequently, no funds were raised through option exercises.

• Other Equity Instruments – The company reported no warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-linked agreements outstanding or transacted during the period.

The board, through the Company Secretary, affirmed that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations related to share capital and disclosures were fully satisfied for the period under review.
