UJU HOLDING (01948) Ceases Offering One-Stop Services, Will Only Charge Key Client for Ad Operation Fees

Stock News01-23

UJU HOLDING (01948) announced that during contract renegotiations with a major client in early 2026, the business arrangement concerning the group's provision of one-stop online marketing solution services was altered. Specifically, the group will no longer provide one-stop services, including traffic procurement, and will instead only charge the major client an advertising operation service fee. This major client accounted for approximately 50% and 44% of the group's total revenue for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. The board of directors believes that the group's operational and financial performance for the year ending December 31, 2026, will depend on a multitude of other factors. These include, but are not limited to, any subsequent developments with the major client, ongoing communication between the group and the major client, any growth achieved from other clients and new business segments through a diversified business strategy, and the broader industry landscape. Furthermore, the group will implement appropriate cost-saving measures to streamline its cost structure. The board believes that while the change in the business arrangement with the major client may negatively impact the group's financial performance for the year ending December 31, 2026, it will not significantly affect the group's other operations.
