ACM Research Inc. (ACMR) saw its stock price surge 5.33% during intraday trading on Thursday. The significant move followed the company's updated financial outlook and positive analyst action.
The semiconductor equipment provider revised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $885 million to $900 million. More importantly, the company provided its initial outlook for 2026, projecting revenue between $1.08 billion and $1.18 billion, which exceeds current analyst estimates.
According to the company's CEO, Dr. David Wang, stronger revenue growth in 2026 is expected to be driven by continued investments in production capacity and market share gains from newer products, including single-wafer SPM cleaners, Tahoe cleaning tools, and the Furnace series. Additionally, the acceleration of investments in Oregon is anticipated to support the industry's shift toward domestic semiconductor manufacturing. Concurrently, analyst firm Benchmark raised its price target on ACM Research shares to $62 from $45, further bolstering investor sentiment.
