• Transaction details: The company repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 17.79 to HKD 18.06, resulting in an average cost of HKD 17.94 per share and a total cash outlay of HKD 1.79 million.

• Share capital impact: Despite the repurchase, the number of issued shares remained unchanged at 1.214 billion as of 09 October 2026 because the bought-back shares had not yet been cancelled.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation: Since shareholders approved the current mandate on 18 June 2026, MNSO has repurchased 31.36 million shares, representing 2.58 % of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. The authorisation allows for up to 121.40 million shares to be bought back.
