Aima Technology Group Co.,Ltd. (603529.SH) Subsidiary Guangdong Vehicle Unit Transfers Production Capacity and Ceases Operations

Stock News09-30

Aima Technology Group Co.,Ltd. (603529.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Aima Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Vehicle") will transfer production capacity and cease operations due to the company's operational strategy adjustments decided by management.

Following the production halt, some manufacturing equipment will be transferred to the company's other wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Guangxi Aima Vehicle Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangxi Vehicle") and Chongqing Aima Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chongqing Vehicle"), while remaining assets will be sold externally.

To ensure business continuity for the company's subsidiaries, Guangdong Vehicle's subsequent operations will be taken over by Guangxi Vehicle and Chongqing Vehicle. The Guigang production base and Chongqing production base are operating smoothly, with production capacity and technology capabilities sufficient to meet the original business order requirements of Guangdong Vehicle.

Given that some of Guangdong Vehicle's original business remains unfinished, the entity will continue to exist. For a smooth transition, the company has arranged for relevant personnel to handle these matters appropriately. This production cessation will not have a significant impact on the company's normal operations.
