On January 27, 2026, the company, in accordance with the 2024 Share Scheme, granted a total of 9.2515 million share awards to its group employees and service providers. Each share award entitles the holder to subscribe for one Class B share. These awards represent approximately 2.41% of the total number of issued Class B shares as of the grant date, excluding any treasury shares. The grants are subject to acceptance by the respective grantees to become effective.
