According to a public disclosure form dated 4 December 2025, Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc filed details regarding derivatives transactions in the A shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. under a privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement, in compliance with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

On 3 December 2025, Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc reported three derivatives dealings in other types of products through unsolicited client facilitation. The first transaction involved a sale of 100 reference securities with a maturity date of 28 May 2027 at a reference price of RMB21.8800, resulting in a total amount of RMB2,188.0000. The second was a purchase of 700 reference securities with a maturity date of 31 March 2027, priced at RMB21.7386 for a total amount of RMB15,217.0200. The third entailed a purchase of 49,300 reference securities, maturing on 29 July 2026, at RMB21.9720 for a total amount of RMB1,083,219.0084.

Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc, ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley, is a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror and conducted these dealings for its own account. The resultant balance, including any person with whom there is an agreement or understanding, is reported as zero. All transactions took place in RMB.
