You will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives, applying your creativity and intelligence.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

1. An understanding of the fundamental operational principles for content platforms like WeChat public accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and a grasp of the key strategies for growing followers on these platforms.

2. Strong news judgment, the ability to discern information accurately, and the skill to assess the quality of an article.

3. Good aesthetic sense, capable of finding complementary images that add value to the text, with a meticulous eye for detail regarding text, layout, and images.

4. Patience, a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, time management skills, and the ability to maintain consistent enthusiasm and curiosity for the work.

5. Priority will be given to those with experience operating a public account with millions of followers and relevant operational resources, or those who can commit to a long-term internship.

What does this role involve?

2. Assist in the execution and implementation of commercial projects.

Video Content Planning Intern

What does this role involve?

1. Video Thumbnail Design: Create thumbnails that align with video themes, ensuring they fit the style and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, and Weibo to enhance video appeal.

2. Content Material Organization & Re-creation: Sort and categorize existing video materials, engage in secondary creation, and design graphic content for Xiaohongshu, including image selection, layout, and copy optimization.

3. Account Operation: Manage the daily operation of accounts on various platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and strategy adjustment based on platform algorithms to boost exposure and fan interaction. Familiarity with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for each platform is required to ensure compliance and maximize reach.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, communicate video content design needs, provide design feedback, and support the content production workflow.

5. Other Support Tasks: Assist the team in analyzing online video trends, participate in content reviews, and help improve overall operational efficiency.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

1. Professional Skills: A good sense of design aesthetics and proficiency in using design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. A portfolio of past work (preferably video thumbnails or graphic design) must be attached to the application.
