JD Health repurchases 21.54 million shares during May-June; share capital remains at 3.21 billion

JD Health International Inc. filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 June 2026, detailing recent share repurchase activity and the latest share capital position.

The listed ordinary share count stood unchanged at 3,211,075,111 as at 30 June 2026, with no treasury shares on the balance sheet.

Between 15 May and 30 June 2026, the company repurchased 21,544,100 shares for cancellation at prices ranging from HKD 32.05 to HKD 45.17 per share. The share buybacks equate to approximately 0.67 % of the current issued share base. Based on disclosed daily volumes and prices, the total consideration was roughly HKD 839.38 million, implying an average cost of about HKD 38.96 per share.

On 30 June 2026 alone, JD Health bought back 500,000 shares on the Exchange at a price band of HKD 32.40–33.00, spending HKD 16.39 million.

The repurchases were executed under the mandate approved on 29 June 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 319,013,271 shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate amount to 601,700 shares, or 0.02 % of the authorised limit, leaving ample capacity for further repurchases.

All repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled; cancellation will reduce the issued share count once completed. In accordance with HKEX rules, JD Health is restricted from issuing new shares until 30 July 2026.
