TradeGo FinTech to Review FY2026 Results and Potential Final Dividend on 12 May 2026

TradeGo FinTech Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 12 May 2026 to consider and approve the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration of a final dividend, if any, and approval for the subsequent results announcement.

The board currently comprises three executive directors—LIU Yong (Chairman), WAN Yong and ZHANG Wenhua—two non-executive directors—LIN Hung Yuan and WANG Haihang—and three independent non-executive directors—JIAO Jie, MAN Kong Yui and HENG Victor Ja Wei.

In line with GEM Listing Rule requirements, the forthcoming results announcement will be published on both the GEM website and the company’s website (www.tradegomart.com) and will remain available on the GEM platform for at least seven days.
