Innoscience shares rose nearly 10% during the morning session. At the time of writing, the stock had gained 11.05%, trading at HK$76.40 with a turnover of HK$753 million.
Recently, Innoscience Chairman Luo Weiwei and CEO Wu Jingang attended the NVIDIA MGX Ecosystem Ceremony in Taipei. They met and exchanged views with NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang, NVIDIA Vice President of Engineering Gabrielle Gorla, and several other industry leaders. The discussions centered on AI infrastructure, power architecture evolution, 800V DC power supply, and the large-scale application of gallium nitride (GaN) power devices in AI data centers.
Public information indicates that NVIDIA has established the 800V high-voltage direct current (HVDC) architecture as the core power supply solution for next-generation AI factories at its 2025 technology conference. Innoscience is the only domestic Chinese company on NVIDIA's supplier list for its 800V system. The company has previously successfully supplied products to Google, and the monthly production capacity of its 8-inch GaN wafer production line has increased from 13,000 to 20,000 pieces. Soochow Securities stated that as the penetration rate of GaN continues to rise in data centers and the humanoid robotics field, the company's performance is expected to maintain a strong growth trajectory.
