CT VISION SL (00994) announced that all conditions under the second subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the second subscription was completed on November 13, 2025. According to the terms of the second subscription agreement dated July 8, 2025, between the company and the second subscriber, the subscriber successfully purchased a total of 63 million subscription shares at HK$0.36 per share.
