Kaisa Group Announces Electronic Distribution of AGM Circular and Proxy Form

Bulletin Express05-22 19:23

Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. released its Annual General Meeting circular and related proxy form on 22 May 2026. The documents, available in both English and Chinese, have been published on the company website (www.kaisagroup.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board confirmed a switch to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07. Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials have been supplied with hard-copy versions of the current circular and proxy form.

To ensure uninterrupted access to subsequent documents, shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalized QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai. Absent a valid email address, investors must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates; only actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form.

Investors preferring hard-copy materials for future communications may request them by submitting the reply form or emailing IR1638@kaisagroup.com. Such instructions remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Enquiries regarding the new distribution arrangements should be directed to the investor relations address above.
