XIMEI RESOURCES Completes Placement of 34.1 Million Shares via Top-Up Subscription

XIMEI RESOURCES (HKEX: 09936) has announced the successful completion of its share placement. The placement, conducted under the terms of the placement and subscription agreement, was finalized on June 5, 2026. The joint placing agents successfully placed an aggregate of 34.1 million sale shares to no fewer than six placees on a best-efforts basis, at a purchase price of HK$16.10 per share.

To the best of the directors' knowledge, information, and belief, following all reasonable inquiries, each of the placees and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties and are not acting in concert with the vendor. As all conditions for the subscription have been satisfied, the company allotted and issued 34.1 million subscription shares to the vendor on June 10, 2026, pursuant to the terms of the placement and subscription agreement, at a price of HK$16.10 per subscription share.
